ok. well,first entry! =] and i dont entirely have much to say other than hello!!! promise to keep this up to dat,new years resolution!! i listened to a podcast today by Stephen Fry and was suprised by what was said. he believes that the music industries should not persecute people who dowlnoad, they should not label them as 'criminals'. ihave to say that i agree with him...there may be slight controversy over the subject of illegal downloads and bit torrents,but at the end of the day, it is the lovers of music who are downloading these songs and the lovers of filmwho are downloading films. and people shouldnt be persecuted for wanting something they love. ifyou think about it,these people are also the people who buy albums and films and keep these record companies in business in the first place...maybe im wrong,but i think its a reasonable point!
was with the family today,party for christmas etc. it was good fun,i never see my family anymore really...we arent as close as we used to be..is that dying out? i hope not. i hope families can be really close still. i guess its a bit hard sometimes when people are in different countries and different colleges. i wish we could all take sometime out from the business.
